XBox 360 Madden 09 Online

Who all here has the XBox 360? And if you do, when will you be getting 09? Because I may posisbly be starting a Madden 09 online league. I'd need a ton of interest for anything like this to start, but I think it'd be a good idea for people to actually play out there games instead of getting them simmed. That way you control your destiny. I really like how the online league was implemented this year and will definitely be fun as hell if we can get enough DEDICATED people to do this. I might just wait until I go to college and start something at RMU, but who all would be interested here?

Well I don't have PS3, so you could probably start your own one. The day they make the 360 on PS3 compatible online, will a day that will live forever in gaming history.

Alright well I've created just a basic forum for right now. I'm not adding the teams or anything yet, I want to get everything else set up first. And also, I'm not sure how the online league is going to work so we will have to tackle the obstacles as they come.

But I have my Pittsburgh Steelers.

you might want to wait til madden comes out. if any of you are ncaa football players you will know that the online dynasty didn't even work...I wouldn't start one until at least the first patch has come out for madden because flaws are a certainty.

Oh really? Dam. I hope they have it running smoothly. I'm just in the works of creating a forum really. Not many people have joined at all, and I have yet to post team forums. I'm just going to make everything real nice and inviting before any work really starts getting created. I might just be doing this for my school, RMU. I have to see how much interest I receive though. Can anyone do really good graphics? I need a banner.

Im a Firm believer that it doesn't matter which system you buy both have there ups and both have there downs. PPl that really believe one is better then the other. Need to get outside more cuz both aren't as good as Real Life.


PS. my PS3 harddrive went out in the 1st 6 months.

i posted this in Vhawk's league too, but coming from someone who owns all 3 next-gen systems like I do, the 360 is for sure the best. If you know anyone that can do a side by side comparison on a daily basis, feel free to have them come argue my point. PS3 is great, don't get me wrong, but it can't touch the 360 in overall game play.

How much better would you say?

Personally, I think the graphics are better on the PS3. The 360 has more to offer. Better online play, even though you do have to pay for it, the competition is better. More exclusive(and better) titles. Better for hardcore gamers. Halo. Better platformers and RPG's (Fable is amazing). Halo. the controller is more user friendly with the position of the joy sticks on the contoller. Did I mention Halo?

Ah the only game that really has even put the Xbox on the map if it wasn't for halo no one would even prolly buy it.

Atleast PS still has GT

ps3 graphics mean nothing unless you have a 1080p tv. which most of us don't. Xbox 360 has better online, better games, and a MUCH better controller (I can't believe ps3 stuck with that piece of crap that couldn't even compete with a dreamcast controller). The only thing besides graphics it has on xbox is longevity, and I can't even say that for sure, I just know 360's are prone to breaking (although you get a free one after a month because the warranty is so long).

did I mention 360 is 200 dollars cheaper.

Basically it has every game that PS3 has and games that PS3 doesnt that have been huge hits. Xbox 360 IMO beats PS3 in every aspect, except 360 doesnt have blu ray.

NOT GTA. Grand Turismo. I know of course Xbox has better and more games they have been out longer lol. Yeah ps3 does have Blu ray. Question how is your HD DVD working out for you?

PS of course its cheaper it doesn't have Blu ray lol
